Designed by Wei Min, the Pan Strainer is a smart and useful creation. Its flexible, and can be snuggly fitted into any pan, plate or pot with a rim. The mesh of the strainer has a rubberized mold, which makes it easier to fit the strainer into the rim of the utensil. This allows you to drain off the liquid while holding back food. While you begin straining the water, the food remains inside too! Interestingly Wei has named his innovation the “Comfort & Not Leak – Pan Strainer” – a rather long name for a strainer, but one that clearly explains what it does best!
