Speed Guard designed by Gao Fenglin and Zhou Buyi is a smart speedometer that clearly indicates when the car has exceeded the speed limit. This speedometer alerts the driver when the speed limit is breached via a colored display. GPS readings detect the position of the car and the speed limit of that particular road. When the speedometer’s needle passes the speed limit, the excess area covered by the needle will be illuminated with red light.
